UPDATE: Caravan crash cuts Sydney couple's holiday short
UPDATE 12.50PM: THE driver and passenger of the crashed vehicle have told a Bulletin reporter at the scene how the crash occurred.
The pair, who are from Sydney and are in their third week of a caravaning holiday around the country, said the accident occurred when the caravan began to fishtail.
They were able to keep control of the their vehicle enough to keep it upright but unfortunately the caravan rolled and both of the vehicles crashed into bush land.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the crash.
The Hwy has been reopened.
UPDATE 12.40PM: POLICE have closed the Bruce Hwy at Bajool to allow for the removal of a crashed car and caravan.
A line of traffic is beginning to back up on the Hwy as the vehicles are loaded onto a tow truck.
It is unclear at this stage how long the road will be closed.

EARLIER: EMERGENCY services are responding to reports of a caravan crash on the Bruce Highway.
Reports indicate a car towing a caravan has crashed near Bobs Creek Rd, Bajool intersection.
It is unknown if anyone is trapped or what, if any, injuries those involved have sustained.
