Car taken for a joyride then burnt out

POLICE are investigating after a Ford Falcon was taken and used to do burn outs, before being set on fire.

The vehicle, which had New South Wales registration plates, was taken from Chapple Street, Gladstone to Byellee Rd, Clinton and used to do the burn outs.

Police said the keys to the car were inside it and the car was unlocked.

The vehicle was then burnt.
