Capricornia region on Flood Watch
THE Capricornia region has been issued a flood watch by the Bureau of Meteorology.
Storms in south east Queensland yesterday are forcasted to spread to the region bringing rain today and through the night before clearing on Saturday.
The Calliope and Boyne catchment areas are at risk after rain from last week wetted the areas.
Rainfall could be as uch as 50-100mm and may lead to localised flash flooding.
