Questions pour in for Gladstone candidates' debate

ALL four candidates have agreed to appear at The Observer's Meet the Candidates debate on Tuesday night - and the questions from the public are pouring in.

The debate will be held at the Leo Zussino building at CQUniversity Gladstone Marina campus, in the lead-up to the election on Saturday.

It is open to the public, and will help you get a better understanding of the priorities and policies of our candidates.

The decision you make next Saturday - and the decision the rest of the state makes - will be vital for Gladstone.

On the evening, candidates will answer questions we pose to them on your behalf and we will also give them the opportunity to state their campaign platform.

The meeting will be chaired by Kurt Heidecker.

We look forward to seeing you there, on what will undoubtedly be a lively and informative session.

Doors open at 6pm for a strict 6.30pm start. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Attendance is free, but registrations are essential because space is limited.

Contact Kyra Bell to register at kyra.bell@gladstoneobserver.com.au or phone 4970 3085.

If you have a question you want answered on the night, email us at newsroom@gladstoneobserver.com.au or by mail to PO Box 351, Gladstone.
