Calliope Library to serve up a fresh brew

VISITORS to Calliope Library will be able to enjoy a cuppa while they peruse the shelves, with the opening of the Book-a-Latte coffee cart on Wednesday.

The coffee cart will serve tea and coffee on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30am until lunchtime.

The cart will be staffed by Friends of the Calliope Library volunteers.

Cuppas can be enjoyed while checking out the books, or while sitting under the shade of an umbrella in the new outdoor seating area.

Proceeds from the coffee cart will go towards resources for the library.
