Buy Local campaign is hitting the road

GLADSTONE Chamber of Commerce and Industry is conducting its annual Impact Road Show, taking the Buy Local message out to the general public.

The roadshow will visit four locations over one week delivering information, entertainment, business training, supporting resources and promotion materials behind the Buy Local campaign.

The roadshow provides the best opportunity to have an impact on the whole community.

It allows business owners and managers the opportunity to talk to their potential customers and promote their services and products.

Buy Local organiser Crystal McGregor said last year was very successful and a number of members joined the show.

"Some businesses had initiated some incentives or giveaways and other businesses offered a draw in a prize when provided with a name and address," she said.

"It's entirely up to our member businesses how they would like to promote their products and services with us on the identified site visits."
