Bryce leads The Glen revival

BRYCE Hobson's unbeaten 18 have led The Glen to a competitive total in the under 14 cricket grand final against Yaralla at Clinton Oval.

The left handed batsman teamed with Sam McKenzie (11no) to steer Glen out of trouble and make 6-117 off the allotted 30 overs.

"The conditions were hard and they bowled well," Bryce said.

"I would have liked to make more runs, but I think we have enough as a total to win the game."

Yaralla bowlers Dillon Bartlett continued his X-factor grand final form from last night's under 17 triumph (2-2) to snare 3-7 while Jake Robertson was also terrific with 2-18.
