Two car crash on Glenlyon St, traffic backed up

UPDATE 9.10am:

ONE boy has been taken to hospital missing two teeth after a nose to tail crash on Glenlyon St this morning.

 

Traffic was built up along Glenlyon St between Breslin and Philip Sts.

One car has been towed and the other was taken off the road.

Traffic is moving freely again and all emergency services have left the scene.

EARLIER 8.40am:

PARAMEDICS are assessing three school aged children following a nose to tail crash on Glenlyon St this morning.

Emergency services were called to the crash between a white Nissan four-wheel-drive and a black four-wheel-drive just before the Breslin St intersection heading into Gladstone.

Traffic is currently backed up for people travelling into Gladstone.

The cars are about to be towed and paramedics are dealing with the school children and a woman and her dog.

If you're heading to work it would be quicker to take a different route.
