'Bra party' on tomorrow in Gladstone

LINGERIE specialists Danielle Lymbery and Tenielle Wode will be throwing a lingerie party tomorrow at the Women's Health Centre in Gladstone to raise money for the "Share the Dignity" campaign.

The pair will donate 10% of all their sales to the campaign which aims to give homeless women as well as women who are doing it tough their dignity back through receiving donated pieces of clothing, bras sanitary pads and basic essentials.

Both Danielle and Tenielle will be at the Women's Health Centre tomorrow between 10am and 1pm and hope plenty of locals get down to support and donate items to help out other women in Gladstone.

"One of the things that's sad is that some women have to use newspapers for sanitary pads in order to feed their kids," Ms Lymbery said.

"If each man and woman [in Gladstone] dropped off one thing tomorrow, it would make a big difference."

"People don't know many women need help in town," Ms Wode said.
