No cause of death yet for boy, 10, found in home
DETECTIVES are continuing to conduct investigations into the circumstances of the death of a 10-year-old boy located in a home at Mackenzie on Sunday afternoon.
Officers were called to the Mount Gravatt-Capalaba Road house just before 5pm after family members discovered the boy deceased in a bedroom.
A crime scene was setup a short time later where police commenced inquiries into the incident.
An investigation centre has been established at the Morningside Police Station.
A post-mortem examination is expected to be completed today.
Investigations are continuing.
There is no further information available at this stage.

Crime scene: Boy, 10, found dead at Brisbane home
THE mother of a boy found dead in a south east Brisbane home late Sunday afternoon remained in hospital last night as police continued to investigate the cause of her son's death.
A crime scene was established at the home on busy Mount Gravatt-Capalaba Road in suburban Mackenzie, about 20 kilometres south east of the Brisbane CBD, after emergency services were called to the home at 4.40pm.

Paramedics notified police after arriving at the home to find the 10-year-old in a rear bedroom, "cold and unresponsive".
There was nothing they could do to save the child when they arrived.
He was declared dead a short time after.
