EARLIER: POLICE are investigating after a body was found in an inner-city Brisbane toilet block.
They were called to the Thornton Street ferry terminal at Kangaroo Point about 10.25am to investigate reports a body had been found.
The toilet block sits just back from the river, beside a busy pathway.
Runners and walkers have continued to flow past the scene at a steady rate, occasionally with a quick double take at the police tape sealing off the male toilets.
One nearby resident, who regularly walks along the path, said he was surprised by the discovery.
