Boatie hesitant to return to ocean after terrifying storm

THE owner of a boat that got caught in a storm on Australia Day and thought he was going to die has returned to the ocean.

The four men on the boat were so scared for their lives when the severe thunderstorm hit, they recorded their last wills on a GoPro camera.

The owner of the boat, Paul Druery, said the recorded message directed whoever found the GoPro to return it to their families - if the boat went down.

Mr Druery went fishing on one of his friends' boats a couple of weeks ago and admitted to feeling hesitant.

But he is now planning to go on a trip in his boat, Scorpio, before Easter.
