Awoonga Dam now 92% full after rain

AWOONGA Dam is at 92% capacity following Monday's downpour.

The dam, with 711,027mL volume, recorded a height level of 38.93m on Wednesday at 1.07pm.

It is comforting news for local farmer Troy Waite, who says the ample water supply puts our region in good stead for the upcoming summer months.
