Crowhurst still motorkhana favourite
GLADSTONE's Bill Crowhurst is on the lookout to extend his K and S Sheetmetal Motorkhana series lead when round four is contested this weekend.
Crowhurst has been in great form this season and is favourite to win this weekend's event in his Datsun 1600.
Motorkhana specialist Keith Honour is second in the series and the result could depend on whose Datsun handles the Simpson Field the best.
Crowhurst's son Kyle is also having a good year and is another who could challenge along with recent admissions Will Fisher and Terry Boardman.
In the ladies class, Gladstone's Lacey Bimrose is hoping for a good result.
Meanwhile, the hotly-contested junior class brings the cream of the region's crop together.
Holly Bimrose in the Hyundai is in good form and has the car to challenge junior big guns Aaron Crowhurst and Matthew Dicks.
