Calliope Pony Club goes well



IT WAS a great weekend for members of the Calliope Hack and Pony Club at the Callide Valley meeting held last weekend.

Kate Dubois led the charge with two first placings.

Dubois finished first in the novice dressage on Saturday, before backing up to win the Combined Training B2 event on Sunday.

Senior rider Leasly Wilson was another local rider to star, taking home the Combined Training senior division event.

Courtney Hallinan also did well, winning the Combined Training A1 and coming fifth in the preliminary dressage, while Kelly Job also scored a first placing.

Jake Dubois rounded out what was a top weekend with a very good second place in the Novice Dressage.
