Ambulance rescue youth struggling from heat exhaustion

AMBULANCE and Fire crews have been called out to rescue a 15-year-old boy from the top of Mount Scoria near Thangool.

The call came through at 1.30pm because a 15-year-old boy was struggling with heat exhaustion when climbing the mountain with a class group.

Crews have reached the boy and are assisting him down.

He is conscious and breathing.
