Alleged bikie drug trafficker given bail

ONE of the men accused of having ties to the Odin's Warriors and being involved in drug trafficking has been given bail.

Matthew Raymond Fennell, 32, appeared in Gladstone Magistrates Court at 12.30pm on Tuesday, where Magistrate Penelope Hay approved his bail.

THE STORY SO FAR:

She said the prosecution case on the charge of drug trafficking was not strong.

"Nor could it be described as weak," she said.

"It must be stated there is no guarantee that any bail is risk free.

"I am satisfied in the circumstances he ought to be granted bail."
