It's all about the price
Of course, price is always the main consideration…even though you might want that dream price you need to listen to the buyer feed back and market analysis that your agent provides you with.
Early spring clean
De clutter and repair anything that might need do be fixed.
Building and pest inspections
Know any issues before going to market. So many contracts fall over due to building and pest related issues which is always distressing for both seller and buyer.
Create street appeal
It's true the saying first impressions count. You want the exterior of your property to encourage viewers to look further.
A picture can speak a thousand words! Many buyers will judge your property within 5 - 10 seconds of looking at a photo. Make sure the house is photographed well.
