Action-packed day of racing

HUNDREDS of racegoers enjoyed the Easter Saturday sunshine in a day that belonged to Mah Baker.

Local trainer Dennis Schultz had no luck with Maytheforcebewithyou in the feature race and the following as well.

That Pretty Girl finished mid field in the Crown Lager Maiden Plate Race Four which was won by Shockwave ridden by female jockey Kelly Gates.

Schultz's best result on the day finished with Logical Outcome.

The six-year-old gelding managed second place in the final race of the day called The Melbourne Cup.

Go As You Please took the honours with Yarrandi in third place.
