Accused Toowoomba steroid dealer faces court
BREAKING: Drug possession and supply charges against a Toowoomba woman have been adjourned after a brief appearance in the city's Magistrates Court this morning.
Elisha May Thorp, 33, appeared briefly in court this morning beside lawyer Terry O'Gorman who asked for an adjournment on the matters.
Thorp has not been required to enter any pleas to the charges before the court including three counts of possess dangerous drugs, two counts of possess schedule one drugs and one count of supply dangerous drugs.
The dangerous drug in question is steroids.
Officers seized 55 vials of liquid steroids and capsules after raids on a CBD fitness centre, a Middle Ridge home and a property in the Lockyer Valley.
Magistrate Bruce Schemioneck remanded Thorp on bail and adjourned the case for mention back in the same court on June 30.
