Man fined $1500 after blowing 0.222

DRIVING while over four times the blood alcohol limit left Marcus Paul Ryan with a $1500 fine.

The 40-year-old man was stopped on Yarroon St with a blood alcohol content of 0.222.

He had his driver's license suspended for 18 months after he faced Gladstone Magistrates Court last week.

Jamie Alan Pitt, 25, was caught with a BAC of 0.136 on Auckland St and was fined $600.

He won't be able to drive for six months.

Shane Joseph Graham, 40, blew 0.135 on Glenlyon Rd.

He was fined $800 and suspended for seven months.

Tracy Lee Smith, 29, was stopped with a blood alcohol content of 0.05 on Hampton Dr, Tannum Sands.

She was fined $250 and suspended from driving for one month.

Neil Royden Excell, 59, blew 0.066 on Elizabeth St, Tannum Sands.

Excell was fined $600 and suspended from driving for three months.

Joseph Louis Pappagallo, 23, recorded a reading of 0.124 on Jillaroo Close, Benaraby.

He was suspended from driving for six months and fined $800.

Luke Ashley Vowles, 32, was stopped on Scenery St, Gladstone with a reading of 0.094.

The court fined him $500 and he will not be driving for three months.

James Ronald Stone, 27, was fined $600 and disqualified from driving for four months after being stopped on Goondoon St with a blood alcohol content of 0.114.
