THERE is no denying that the Huthers are diehard Broncos' fans, so it is only natural they hold a soft spot in their hearts for Darren Lockyer.
But even they were shocked when Lockyer gatecrashed their son's 18th birthday party on Friday night while in town for the Valleys sportsman's dinner and golf day.
"We were just having a quiet party at home when Darren, Sean Hoppe and Kevin Campion turned up to our house," Graeme Huther said.
"We went outside and said to our son 'Darren Lockyer is here'. Everyone laughed thinking: 'As if!'
"He then stayed, had a drink and some photos and gave Joshua his present, which was season tickets."
