Tributes flow for Hayden Currie

TRIBUTES flowed on Saturday as Tannum Sands said goodbye to Hayden Currie.
Countless family members and friends gathered at the Boyne Tannum Crematorium to remember the 17-year-old.
Hayden's life was tragically cut short on Australia Day when he was struck and killed by a four-wheel drive in Wurdong Heights while walking home from a party.
A memorial service was held in Hayden's honour with eulogies from his mum, dad, sisters and friends.
Speeches and tributes were made in Maori with a haka also performed.
