A MAN who let a 15-year-old girl drive his car has been fined $500.
Robert Francis Black pleaded guilty to the offense in Gladstone Magistrate Court earlier today.
The court heard how Black gave into what was described as, "a 15-year-old's pestering" on October 17 last year.
They were pulled over on Glenlyon St for a random breath test and license check.
When police asked to see the girls license, she replied, "I don't have one. I'm only 15."
Magistrate Russell Warfield said, "it was an incredibly stupid thing to do."
"This could have had drastic consequences."
