AFTER copping a drenching from days of heavy rain most of the roads in the region that were flooded have reopened.

As of this morning, the only road to remain closed is Gorge Road at Baffle Creek which was 2.5m over.

Other roads have been affected by rain and drivers were urged to proceed with caution. Those included:

  • Lowmead Road at Scrubby Creek and Harpers Creek
  • Blackman Gap Road at Colosseum Creek 100mm over local traffic only
  • Reidbed Road at Lagoon Creek
  • Wards Road, Miriam Vale
  • Twelve Mile Creek Turkey Beach Road
  • Marsh Road at Calliope River - 4wd access only
