Rain postpones lifestyle expo
THE Discovery Coast Community Health Service second Annual Healthy Lifestyle Expo at Seventeen Seventy foreshore scheduled to be held tomorrow has been called off due to wet weather.
Gladstone Regional Council's Human and Social Services Coordinator Cheryl Barrett said the Seventeen Seventy area had already received a significant amount of rain and with more rain forecasted for the weekend had resulted in the event being cancelled.
"At this stage we intend to reschedule the event," Ms Barrett said.
