A RAGLAN grass fire that ignited on Sunday continues to burn, with one Queensland Fire and Emergency Services crew remaining on scene to monitor the blaze.
The 400 hectare fire initially posed a threat to local buildings of Raglan Tavern and the Raglan Gun Club, although both properties are now considered to be out of harm's way.
Gladstone Regional Council employees attended the scene on Wednesday morning to remove a tree that was in danger of falling.
Residents near the fire have been warned to keep windows and doors closed to limit the impacts of the smoke from the fire.
The grass fire will be monitored for the duration of the blaze, with no current threats to life or property.
If you feel you or your property is at threat please phone triple zero (000) immediately.
