Police find body of dead man in Gladstone home

POLICE found the body of a deceased man in a Telina, Gladstone home on Thursday afternoon after responding to a welfare check.

The call came through at 3.20pm after someone who knew the man became concerned because the lawn was long and a bad smell was coming from the house.

Police said the body had been there for a while, and they were still trying to identify him.
