Patel case at High Court in June
THE High Court appeal of disgraced former Bundaberg Hospital surgeon Jayant Patel will be heard in June.
The High Court posted a list of its Brisbane sittings earlier this morning.
The Patel case is listed to start on June 4.
One other case has been listed for the Brisbane sititngs.
Patel was sentenced to seven years' jail in July 2010 after a Brisbane Supreme Court jury found him guilty of manslaughter relating to the deaths of Gerry Kemps, 77, James Phillips, 46, and Mervyn Morris, 75, and guilty of causing grievous bodily harm to Ian Rodney Vowles, 62.
