Only 5 units left in G60
MOTORISTS on Glenlyon Rd will have noticed the rapid progress of a very noticeable construction project.
The G60 residential construction project on Glenlyon Rd, opposite PCYC, will be completely finished by the end of the year, said Stokeston representative Sandra Saunders.
Ms Saunders yesterday said the project was progressing well and only five units remained to be sold.
G60 will have three separate buildings with a total of 97 units.
The units are of varied sizes. Stokeston will keep all the units in one 34-unit building and rent them out.
The other 63 units will all be sold.
Stokeston is also about to begin construction of 45 three-bedroom townhouses in Glen Eden.
