Martial arts kicks on
THIS year marks the Gladstone Martial Arts Academy's 15th birthday.
Since opening the academy in 1997, head coach Rob McIntyre has seen Gladstone change a lot.
He has trained tens of thousands of people over the past 15 years.
"I'm incredibly thankful to everyone who has been a part of it," he said.
"It's been a wonderful experience and a wonderful time."
In celebration the academy is giving away a 15-month free membership each month.
