Man charged after Maccas window is smashed

A MAN demanding to be served at Gladstone McDonald's instead landed himself a charge and a day in court after smashing the front entrance.

The 27-year-old male attempted to enter the fast food restaurant at around 4.30am on Sunday, despite arriving at hours when only the drive-through accepted orders.

It is alleged the male became so angry that his appetite would be left unfulfilled, he smashed the front window.

Police were quick to attend the scene, charging the man with wilful damage.
