Harley riders roll the dice for fundraiser

HARLEY Davidson riders roared through Gladstone on Sunday for the Gladstone Harley Owners Group's annual Roll the Dice fundraiser.

More than 120 riders met at Harbour City Harley-Davidson on Hanson Rd and then took in a tour of the Gladstone region.

The route was a secret until 10am, when plans of the day were announced.

The tour took in Mt Larcom, Calliope, Turkey Beach, Agnes Water and the Tannum Sands duck ponds, and was punctuated with stops where riders would play "roll the dice" for their chance to win several thousands of dollars worth of prizes.

Active member Margot Eremenco said a lot of money was raised through the event every year.

"It's also a really fun day for all our members, and also the rest of the bikie community. We open up to all bikes."
