Driver off road for months

ANOTHER week, another bunch of drivers who should have caught a taxi.

Welcome back to The Observer's Name and Shame, where we shine a light on drink-driving offenders who appeared in the Gladstone Magistrates Court last week.

Luk Gregory Bruch won't be getting behind the wheel for 20 months after he was pulled over by police on Beach Ave in Tannum Sands.

The 26-year-old was busted with a blood alcohol content of .206.

He was convicted and fined $3000.

Matthew James Roberts has also been forced off the road after he was nabbed behind the wheel with an alcohol reading of .12.

The 36-year-old was caught at North Ridge Dr in Calliope. He was disqualified for seven months and convicted and fined $1000.

Malcolm John Barling, 47, is out of pocket $450 after he was caught driving over the limit on the Dawson Hwy in Calliope.

He had a blood alcohol content of .066.

He was disqualified from driving for one month.
