Copies of today's Observer didn't make it through floods
UPDATE 12.30pm: The Observer's delivery driver has made it to Bororen and is heading to Benaraby.
Newspapers will be delivered to The Observer office, then drivers will drop copies at local newsagencies this afternoon.
There won't be any home delivery today - home subscribers will be reimbursed.
UPDATE: The Observer's delivery truck driver is heading to Monto and Gin Gin back up the highway to Gladstone.
If road is clear we should have papers delivered to newsagencies around lunch time.
Earlier: Copies of today's Observer were unable to be delivered because of flooding in the region.
The truck delivering the paper from APN's print site couldn't get through on the Bruce Hwy.
A route through the Banana Shire to Biloela was tried, but unsuccessfully.
Copies of the paper are now sitting about 60km outside of Calliope.
